Intensive mentoring to strengthen young social entrepreneurs to lead social change initiatives
Learning opportunities to deepen self ‘refl-action’ and explore diversities
Amplification of the initiative’s social change message and actions country wide
Capacity building trainings to provide inputs on integrating Youth centric approach, instructional design and facilitation and developing effective tools for program planning and reviewing
Resource linkages with national and international organizations and collectives
Consistent inputs on Organization Development to enhance impact
Seed Funding of 1.5 to 2 lakhs
An access to the national level youth workers’ collective to create extensive visibility

Basic Eligibility

Young social entrepreneurs (between 18-35 years of age)
Two Changeloomers from each initiative will be part of the year-long journey; preferably, co-founders of the enterprise or at least one out of the two must be the founder member and the co-voyager should possess a key or senior role in the organization. ( anchor and co-anchor are needed to apply for sustainability and increased learning opportunities for organisation.)
Social change initiatives should have focused intervention in the areas of Social inclusion, Constitutional literacy, Education, Community development or Environment
The initiative should be in existence for at least 6 months (as on 1^st January 2020) with long-term plans for social change.
Intervention must have youth and adolescents as one of the target groups
